ABOUT US

Castlemilk Tenants Housing Association (CTHA) has been a registered social landlord with Communities Scotland since 19th September 2003, under Part 3, Chapter 1 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Reg No 332).  We are a non profit making organisation and are also registered with the Financial Services Authority (Reg No 2605RS)

C.T.H.A. manages 1800 properties on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association.  We are based in the South Side of Glasgow and cover some of the Castlemilk and Carmunnock Village areas.

We are managed by a local Management Committee made up of tenants and owners.
